Built for daily production, this stainless steel unit accommodates (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" pans and runs on a self-contained R290 system with a robust 2 HP compressor. Programmable controls, a safety micro-switch, manual defrost, and adjustable feet support efficient workflows and consistent results.
