Elevate cold storage with the Victory Elite Freezer, Powered by V-Core, model VEFSA-3D-HG-HC. This three-section reach-in freezer delivers 69.1 cu. ft. of capacity in a 78-inch-wide footprint with top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration. Six half-height glass doors and nine adjustable shelves help you sort product for fast, targeted access during service.
Chefs and operators can stage proteins, house-made doughs, and desserts by station, while LED interior lighting showcases contents for quick counts. Electronic control with digital display lets teams verify settings at a glance, and automatic defrost maintains consistent performance with minimal interruption. Hinges are arranged per section—right-hand on center and right doors, left-hand on the left—for smooth workflow.
