Forced-air refrigeration powered by V-Core™ holds product at 36–40°F, while dual access lets staff load from one side as students self-serve from the other. A stainless steel interior and exterior stands up to daily cafeteria traffic.
Optimize holding space with 22.54 cu. ft. capacity and flat-top carton flexibility. Accommodate (16) 13" x 13" x 11" cases or (10) 19" x 13" x 11" cases to match menu and enrollment needs. Wire floor racks keep cartons elevated for airflow and quick visibility.
Streamline operation with electronic controls and auto defrost that simplify upkeep. Self-latching doors and lids with safety bumpers and a cylinder lock help secure product and protect users. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, is cULus and UL EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation, and is made in USA.
