The Victory VPP119HC pizza prep table, powered by V-Core™, is built to keep high-volume lines moving. Spanning 118-7/8 inches with a 42.2 cu. ft. refrigerated base, it stages dough, sauces, and toppings within easy reach. A stainless top with a 19-inch cutting board supports fast, consistent assembly.
Crew members access ingredients quickly through four self-closing doors and organize bulk packs on eight epoxy-coated shelves. The hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid shields ingredients between rushes while keeping the work zone clear. Full electronic control simplifies daily operation and oversight.
Built for daily service, the cabinet features stainless steel doors, front and sides with an aluminum interior and Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty. A self-contained, side-mount refrigeration system with 1/2 HP helps streamline installation and service access. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation listed; Made in USA.
