Designed for fast-paced kitchens, the Victory VPP60HC pizza prep table streamlines your make line with a two-section, 60-1/8-inch footprint and a 17.76 cu. ft. refrigerated base. Powered by V-Core™, it balances capacity and access so chefs can assemble more pies with fewer steps.
Stage toppings on the expansive stainless top and 19-inch cutting board, then flip the hinged, insulated flat lid to protect ingredients between rushes. Full electronic control lets operators dial in performance while (2) self-closing doors and (4) epoxy-coated shelves keep product organized and service-ready.
Built for daily duty, stainless steel doors, front, and sides pair with an aluminum interior and Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty. A self-contained, side-mount 1/2 HP refrigeration system simplifies installation and maintenance, and the unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation listed, made in the USA.
