Stage, assemble, and serve on the 19-inch cutting board and stainless steel top, while the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid protects your ingredients between rushes. Full electronic control lets you monitor and adjust settings with confidence during busy shifts.
Designed for durability and cleanability, this unit features stainless steel doors, front, and sides with an aluminum interior. Two self-closing doors with Santoprene gaskets (backed by a 2-year gasket warranty) and four epoxy-coated shelves help maintain order and product integrity in high-volume environments.
