This 93-1/8-inch, three-section unit pairs a spacious 31.54 cu. ft. refrigerated base with a stainless work surface to keep production moving during the rush. A 19-inch cutting board and hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid support efficient prep while protecting ingredients between orders.
Side-mount, self-contained refrigeration powered by V-Core™ helps simplify placement along the line. Full electronic control refines performance, while three self-closing doors and six epoxy-coated shelves organize backups for fast reloads.
Constructed with stainless steel doors, front, and sides over an aluminum interior, it stands up to daily cleaning in busy kitchens. UL sanitation listings and Made in USA construction make it a dependable choice for pizzerias, ghost kitchens, and campus dining operations.
