Work clean and fast on the stainless top and 19" cutting board, then close the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid to protect your mise en place between rushes. Organize bulk cheese, sauces, and toppings inside 42.2 cu. ft. of storage with three self-closing doors, six epoxy coated shelves, and three drawers.
Full electronic control simplifies operation and standardizes settings across shifts.
