The Victory VPPD119HC-4 four-section pizza prep table streamlines high-volume make lines for busy kitchens. At 118-7/8 inches wide with 42.2 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage, it keeps ingredients organized within reach.
Configure your station with (2) self-closing stainless doors, (4) drawers, and (4) epoxy coated shelves to stage prep and backup. Work cleanly on the stainless top and 19-inch cutting board, while the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid helps protect contents between rushes.
Full electronic control and side-mount, self-contained refrigeration powered by V-Core™ support consistent operation. Durable stainless steel doors, front, and sides combine with an aluminum interior for long-term use. Santoprene gaskets feature a 2-year warranty, and this unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation, and Made in USA.
