The Victory VPPD119HC-6T pizza prep table brings organized cold storage and an expansive make station together in a single 118-7/8 inch footprint. With 42.2 cu. ft. of capacity across a four-section design, it supports high-volume lines without sacrificing workspace.
Stage ingredients efficiently with two self-closing doors, four epoxy coated shelves, and six drawers for quick access during peak service. A stainless top paired with a 19" cutting board speeds assembly, while the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid helps protect ingredients between orders.
Full electronic control and a self-contained, side-mount refrigeration system powered by V-Core™ streamline operation and service. The 1/2 HP system, stainless steel door/front/sides, aluminum interior, and durable Santoprene gaskets (2-year gasket warranty) are built for daily use in pizzerias, cafeterias, and production kitchens.
