Powered by V-Core™, its self-contained, side-mount refrigeration pairs with 1/2 HP to hold product while maximizing usable workspace. Chefs can stage dough, sauce, and toppings in a single, efficient footprint.
A 19-inch cutting board spans the stainless top, while a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid shields pans between turns. Nine drawers plus one self-closing door with two epoxy-coated shelves organize high-use ingredients, bulk backups, and pans for rapid restock. Full electronic control simplifies cabinet management and consistent prep.
Built for daily service, the unit features stainless steel front and sides with a durable aluminum interior.
