Expedite make-line flow using two drawers that stage backup product while the stainless top and 19" cutting board create a sturdy prep surface. A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid helps preserve temperatures and protect the prep area between rushes. Chefs can pivot from lunch to late-night service without reshuffling the station.
