The Victory VPPD60HC-3 pizza prep table accelerates line production for chefs and foodservice operators. At 60-1/8" wide with a one-section layout and three drawers, it organizes bulk ingredients within a 17.76 cu. ft. refrigerated base.
Build pies and sandwiches on the stainless top and 19" cutting board, then safeguard ingredients under the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid. Full electronic control streamlines operation, while the side-mount, self-contained system powered by V-Core™ and a 1/2 HP compressor keeps contents cold during rushes.
Durable stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum interior stand up to daily use, and Santoprene gaskets include a two-year warranty. Certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, this unit is made in USA for dependable performance in pizzerias, cafeterias, and multi-unit operations.
