Stage dough, sauces, and toppings in 20.68 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with one self-closing door, two drawers, and two epoxy-coated shelves. The side-mount, self-contained refrigeration and 1/2 HP system support consistent operation while simplifying service access. Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty for dependable sealing through busy shifts.
