Built for demanding pizza lines, the Victory VPPD67HC-3 pizza prep table streamlines make-ready with a 67-1/8-inch stainless work surface and a 19-inch cutting board. The self-contained, side-mount refrigeration organizes 20.68 cu. ft. of ingredients behind a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid.
Powered by V-Core™, its mixed storage—(1) self-closing door, (3) drawers, and (2) epoxy-coated shelves—helps stage, access, and rotate product throughout service. Full electronic control lets staff set and monitor cabinet conditions throughout the day.
