Powered by V-Core™ side-mount refrigeration and full electronic control, it delivers consistent performance while keeping ingredients within easy reach. A stainless top with a 19" cutting board maximizes your assembly space.
Optimize workflow with a versatile cold-storage mix: one self-closing door with two epoxy-coated shelves plus two refrigerated drawers. The hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid helps retain cold air and protect contents between rushes.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel door, front, and sides pair with a durable aluminum interior. Santoprene gaskets provide a tight seal and carry a 2-year gasket warranty. Certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation.
