Powered by V-Core™, this two-section, 72-1/8" model offers 22.77 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage beneath a stainless top and 19" cutting board. Full electronic control supports precise, repeatable operation through rush periods.
Organize dough, sauces, and toppings across six drawers, then prep on the board while a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid safeguards ingredients between orders. Durable stainless steel door, front, and sides pair with an aluminum interior for routine cleaning. Santoprene gaskets include a 2-year warranty for dependable sealing.
