This three-section, 93-1/8 inch wide unit delivers 31.54 cubic feet of refrigerated capacity in a self-contained footprint. Two self-closing doors and two drawers organize bulk containers and daily ingredients for faster service.
Prep and plate on the 19 inch cutting board while keeping product protected under the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid. Full electronic control simplifies temperature adjustments and oversight during rushes. Side-mount, self-contained refrigeration powered by V-Core™ supports reliable temperature management on a busy line.
Built for the rigors of foodservice, it features a stainless steel top, doors, front and sides with an aluminum interior for easy cleanup. Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty. cULus, UL EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation listed and made in the USA.
