The Victory VSP27HC-08 UltraSpec Series sandwich prep table streamlines a compact 27-inch footprint into reliable cold prep performance. Powered by V-Core with a rear-mount, self-contained system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it keeps ingredients at the ready while maximizing workspace.
Equip your line with a stainless top featuring an opening for eight 1/6 size pans and a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board to speed assembly. A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid shields toppings between rushes and helps protect ingredients.
One self-closing stainless door and Santoprene gaskets support quick access and tight sealing, while two epoxy-coated shelves and an aluminum interior handle daily demands. Full electronic control enables straightforward operation, and locking divider bars stabilize pan layouts for consistent service.
