At 36 inches wide with a 10.0 cu. ft. interior, it organizes ingredients for efficient assembly while conserving valuable space. A stainless steel top accommodates openings for ten 1/6-size pans under a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid to protect freshness between rushes. Full electronic control lets operators fine-tune performance for changing menus and volumes. A durable 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board supports clean, fast builds from first ticket to last.
Powered by V-Core, the rear-mount, self-contained system uses R290 refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor for reliable cold holding. A self-closing stainless steel door and Santoprene gaskets help seal in temperature, while two epoxy-coated shelves keep backups organized. With stainless door, front, and sides plus an aluminum interior, this unit is built for busy kitchens.
