Organize ingredients in the stainless top opening for (18) 1/6-size pans, secured by locking divider bars. A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid shields the rail when idle, and a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board supports fast, precise assembly. Two self-closing doors and four epoxy-coated shelves keep backups within reach to reduce trips and speed ticket times.
Built with stainless steel door, front, and sides over an aluminum interior, this prep table stands up to daily service and cleans easily.
