Drive fast, consistent prep with the Victory VSP60HC-16, an UltraSpec series sandwich prep table powered by V-Core. This two-section, 60-inch unit organizes 17.1 cubic feet of refrigerated storage beneath a stainless prep top. A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid protects ingredients between rushes.
Optimize make-lines for delis, cafeterias, and quick-serve operations. The top accommodates 16 1/6-size pans with locking divider bars, while the 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board supports slicing and assembly. Two self-closing doors and four epoxy-coated shelves keep backups within easy reach.
Built for daily service, it features stainless steel doors, front, and sides with a durable aluminum interior and long-life Santoprene gaskets. Full electronic control, rear-mount refrigeration, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a 1/3 HP system deliver reliable performance. Made in USA.
