Its stainless top features an opening for (18) 1/6-size pans beneath a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid, keeping ingredients organized and at the ready. A 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board and locking divider bars help crews assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps with speed and precision.
Below the rail, three self-closing stainless doors access 20.0 cubic feet of refrigerated storage with six epoxy-coated shelves to stage backups and bulk product. Full electronic controls and a rear-mount, self-contained R290 system with a 1/3 HP compressor support consistent performance during peak service. Durable stainless steel door, front, and sides with an aluminum interior and Santoprene gaskets stand up to daily use.
