Prep, portion, and plate on the 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board while locking divider bars keep ingredients neatly separated. A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid protects toppings between orders, and three self-closing stainless doors help maintain temperatures on a busy line. Six epoxy-coated shelves and an aluminum interior promote organized storage and easy cleanup.
