Streamline your makeline with the Victory UltraSpec™ VSPD27HC-08-2 sandwich prep table, a compact 27-inch, one-section workhorse with 6.77 cubic feet of refrigerated storage. The stainless top holds an opening for eight 1/6 size pans beneath a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid, while a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board provides a clean, convenient prep surface. Full electronic control helps you dial in performance for fast, consistent service.
Stage backups and reduce restocking trips using two refrigerated drawers: the upper accommodates two 4-inch-deep pans and the lower accommodates two 6-inch-deep pans (pans not included). Locking divider bars organize your rail, and Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty help maintain a dependable seal. Durable stainless steel front & sides and an aluminum interior support rigorous daily use.
