The Victory VSPD36HC-10-2 UltraSpec Series sandwich prep table, Powered by V-Core, brings organized cold storage and a clean makeline to compact kitchens. Its 36-inch width and one-section, self-contained design fit seamlessly on busy prep lines. Full electronic control helps you dial in holding performance for consistent results.
Stage up to ten 1/6-size pans on the stainless top under a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid to keep ingredients ready and protected. A 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board creates a generous work surface for building salads, subs, and wraps. Locking divider bars keep pans secure during rushes.
The two-drawer base streamlines replenishment—upper drawer holds two 4-inch-deep pans and the lower holds two 6-inch-deep pans (pans not included). Rear-mount refrigeration with R290 refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system maintains reliable cold temps while preserving workspace at the front.
