Streamline your make line with the Victory VSPD36HC-15B-2 UltraSpec Series Big Top sandwich prep table powered by V-Core. This 36-inch, one-section, self-contained unit provides 10.0 cu. ft. of capacity and a stainless top with openings for fifteen 1/6 size pans under a hinged, insulated lid. Locking divider bars keep ingredients organized for fast service.
Prep and plate on the 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board while keeping frequently used items within reach. Two drawers below simplify bulk storage—the upper accepts two 4-inch deep pans and the lower accepts two 6-inch deep pans (pans not included).
Rear-mount refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor governed by full electronic control. Stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum interior suit high-volume operations, and Santoprene gaskets include a 2-year warranty. Made in USA and listed cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation for commercial kitchens.
