The Victory UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich Prep Table, powered by V-Core™, streamlines high-volume makelines in busy kitchens. Its 60-inch top holds up to 24 sixth-size pans beneath a hinged, insulated flat lid with locking divider bars, while a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board speeds assembly. Full electronic control lets you dial in settings to protect quality across a 17.1 cu. ft., two-section base.
Configure storage to match your menu: one self-closing door with two epoxy-coated shelves plus two drawers—upper fits two 4-inch deep pans, lower fits two 6-inch deep pans (pans not included). This layout keeps proteins, toppings, and backups organized and at arm’s reach for faster ticket times on sandwich, salad, and wrap stations.
