Organize and present ingredients in the stainless top’s opening for twenty-four 1/6-size pans beneath a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid with locking divider bars (pans not included). A 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board creates a generous assembly surface, speeding ticket times on sandwich, salad, and grab-and-go lines. Four refrigerated drawers keep backups within reach—upper drawers fit two 4-inch pans and lower drawers fit two 6-inch pans (pans not included).
