Engineered for demanding make-lines, the UltraSpec series sandwich prep table powered by V-Core helps crews stage, prep, and assemble with speed and precision. At 72 inches wide with three sections, it organizes a high-volume station without crowding your line. The stainless top features an opening for eighteen 1/6-size pans and a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board to keep ingredients and workflow within easy reach.
Boost throughput with six refrigerated drawers: upper drawers fit two 4-inch-deep pans, while lower drawers hold two 6-inch-deep pans (pans not included). Locking divider bars support tidy pan layouts, and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid covers the rail when paused between rushes. Cooks can access what they need fast and keep product protected between tasks.
