At 72 inches wide with a three-section layout and 20.0 cubic feet of capacity, it stages ingredients for fast, consistent assembly. A stainless top with openings for 30 1/6-size pans and a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board helps chefs move from prep to plate with minimal steps.
Organize backups exactly where you need them: one self-closing door with two epoxy-coated shelves for bulk items, plus four drawers—upper drawers accept two 4-inch deep pans and lower drawers accept two 6-inch deep pans (pans not included). Locking divider bars keep pans secure, while a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid preserves cold temps between rushes. Full electronic control and rear-mount refrigeration with R290 refrigerant support dependable performance.
