A 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board and locking divider bars help crews prep, assemble, and plate with precision.
Leverage a six-drawer base to stage proteins and produce exactly where they’re needed—upper drawers accept two 4-inch-deep pans and lower drawers accept two 6-inch-deep pans (pans not included).
