This UltraSpec Series model tucks neatly beneath worktops to free up aisle space while staging product right on the line. Powered by V-Core™, it supports fast-paced service in prep stations, bars, and satellite service points.
Built for daily duty, it features a 1/2" thick stainless steel top and stainless steel door, front, and sides over an aluminum interior. A self-closing door with Santoprene gaskets (backed by a 2-year gasket warranty) helps preserve cold air during rushes.
Full electronic control lets you dial in settings quickly. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant simplifies installation, while two included shelves help organize backups at the line.
