Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty, and the R290 hydrocarbon system paired with a 1/3 HP refrigeration package supports dependable, low-temperature holding for batch prep and à la carte execution.
Built for daily demand, the stainless steel door, front, and sides combine with a 1/2-inch-thick stainless steel top for rugged durability, and the aluminum interior is easy to wipe down.
