The Victory VUF48HC undercounter freezer maximizes cold storage at the line while preserving valuable workspace. Its 48-inch, two-section cabinet integrates beneath prep counters in busy commercial kitchens, keeping frozen ingredients within immediate reach.
Stage proteins, pastry components, and mise en place on four shelves behind two self-closing doors that help maintain cabinet temperatures between pulls. Full electronic controls let staff set and monitor conditions to match service demands and production schedules.
Built for daily service, it features a 1/2-inch stainless steel top and stainless steel doors, front, and sides over an easy-clean aluminum interior. A rear-mounted, self-contained R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system with a 1/2 HP compressor supports reliable operation and straightforward installation, while Santoprene gaskets carry a two-year warranty to minimize downtime.
