Stage mise en place, backups, and frozen ingredients behind two self-closing doors that reduce temperature loss between openings. A 1/2-inch-thick stainless steel top supports busy prep work, while stainless steel door, front, and sides withstand daily traffic in commercial kitchens.
Organize product on four interior shelves within a durable aluminum cabinet, and keep a reliable seal with Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty. UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation-focused operations in restaurants, cafeterias, and production facilities.
