At 27 inches wide and one section, it fits neatly beneath standard counters in prep kitchens, bars, or garde manger stations. A 1/2 inch thick stainless steel top and stainless steel door, front, and sides stand up to heavy daily use, while the aluminum interior wipes clean quickly. The self-closing door supports temperature recovery between pulls during rush periods.
