Built for daily service, the stainless steel door, front, and sides stand up to busy kitchens, while the aluminum interior is easy to wipe down between shifts. The 1/2-inch thick stainless steel top provides a sturdy surface above the cold storage, and two epoxy coated wire shelves support organized, airflow-friendly storage.
Streamline workflow with a self-closing door and long-lasting Santoprene gaskets that help seal in the cold. Full electronic control makes set-and-hold operation straightforward for staff.
