Built for daily use, the VUR46HC features a 1/2 inch thick stainless steel top with stainless steel door, front, and sides, plus a durable aluminum interior. A self-closing door with Santoprene gaskets (backed by a 2-year gasket warranty) helps lock in the cold between openings. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves organize ingredients, backups, and mise en place for faster turns.
Full electronic control allows precise, repeatable setup across shifts. The 1/5 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides consistent refrigeration for high-demand kitchens.
