The drawers ride on telescoping slides with a locking mechanism and accept 4" or 6" deep pans (not included), making batch prep and station resets faster. A heavy-duty 1/2" thick stainless steel top adds durable work surface flexibility, while the self-closing doors help reduce warm air infiltration during rushes.
