R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration and full electronic control help you dial in settings with confidence.
Stage proteins, sauces, and garnishes in eight smooth-gliding drawers that accommodate 4" or 6" deep pans (not included). Position it beneath a workstation to streamline plating at prep, sauté, or grill stations, keeping frequently used ingredients within arm’s reach.
Built for daily demand, it features a 1/2" thick stainless steel top, stainless steel front and sides, and a durable aluminum interior. Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty and are engineered for reliable sealing. UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA for professional kitchens.
