This 118-7/8" wide, side-mounted self-contained unit organizes high-volume mise en place while conserving valuable cookline space. R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration and full electronic control help you dial in settings with confidence.
Stage proteins, sauces, and garnishes in eight smooth-gliding drawers that accommodate 4" or 6" deep pans (not included). Position it beneath a workstation to streamline plating at prep, sauté, or grill stations, keeping frequently used ingredients within arm’s reach.
Built for daily demand, it features a 1/2" thick stainless steel top, stainless steel front and sides, and a durable aluminum interior. Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty and are engineered for reliable sealing. UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA for professional kitchens.
