This 27-inch, two-drawer design stages ingredients right under the counter, helping chefs and operators accelerate service on busy lines and in compact prep stations. Powered by V-Core and built within the UltraSpec Series, it delivers reliable performance and precise, full electronic control.
Organize proteins, produce, and garnishes in dedicated drawers that accept 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (pans not included). Smooth, telescoping slides and a locking mechanism keep contents secure while enabling quick, one-handed access during rush periods. A 1/2-inch thick stainless steel top adds a durable work surface for plating or light prep.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant maintains consistent temperatures and simplifies installation. A stainless steel front and sides pair with an easy-clean aluminum interior for long-term durability.
