Its 8.5 cu ft capacity and two smooth-drawing drawers place chilled ingredients right under your prep surface to speed service on the line, at garde manger, or behind the bar.
Powered by V-Core™ with a rear-mounted, self-contained system using R290 refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, it delivers dependable cold holding in tight footprints. Full electronic control helps you set and maintain target temps, while telescoping slides and a locking mechanism provide secure, reliable drawer access during rushes.
A 1/2" thick stainless steel top adds a durable work surface, with stainless steel front and sides built for daily use and an easy-clean aluminum interior. Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty help lock in cold air and performance.
