At 46-1/8 inches wide with two smooth-gliding drawers, it keeps high-use ingredients organized and within arm’s reach to speed service. Full electronic control helps you dial in operation for consistent results across shifts.
Built for demanding kitchens, the 1/2 inch thick stainless steel top pairs with a stainless steel front and sides for lasting durability, while the aluminum interior supports fast wipe-downs between turns. Santoprene gaskets provide a reliable seal and include a 2-year warranty.
A side-mounted, self-contained system powered by V-Core uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor to deliver dependable performance. Load the drawers with 4 inch or 6 inch deep pans (not included) to stage mise en place for the cookline, prep, or banquet service without sacrificing workspace.
