This two-section, 48-inch unit combines one self-closing door with two drawers to organize mise en place, chilled garnishes, and backup product without breaking the cookline flow. With 13.9 cubic feet of capacity, it fits high-volume prep in a compact footprint.
Stage pans in the drawers on telescoping, locking slides that accommodate 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (not included), while epoxy-coated wire shelves behind the door hold bulk items and backup containers. Full electronic control lets chefs dial in temperatures for consistent results across shifts, and Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty help maintain a reliable seal.
