This two-section, 67-inch unit positions side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration under your work surface to free up line space. Full electronic control lets operators set and monitor performance for busy kitchens and high-volume service.
Stage ingredients exactly where you need them using four drawers on smooth, telescoping slides with a positive locking mechanism. Each drawer accepts 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (not included), helping chefs standardize portions for sauté, garde manger, or banquet plating. Load, rotate, and retrieve with minimal reach to keep tickets moving.
Built for daily service, it features a 1/2-inch thick stainless steel top, stainless steel front and sides, and a durable aluminum interior with Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system provide self-contained refrigeration
