The Victory VURD93HC-2 undercounter refrigerator maximizes cold storage beneath your production surfaces to streamline prep and service. Powered by V-Core™, this three-section, 93" unit delivers 39.8 cubic feet of organized capacity in a side-mounted, self-contained design that fits seamlessly along cooklines, garde manger, or beverage stations.
Speed up workflow with a versatile door/drawer layout: two self-closing doors for bulk items and two drawers on telescoping slides with a locking mechanism for pans. The drawers accept 4" or 6" deep pans (not included), while four epoxy-coated wire shelves help you stage proteins, produce, or backups for fast, repeatable access. Full electronic control supports straightforward temperature management shift after shift.
