Built for busy lines, the Victory VURD93HC-4 undercounter refrigerator maximizes cold storage right where you work. This 93-inch, three-section unit uses side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration to deliver 39.8 cubic feet of organized capacity without stealing aisle space.
Streamline prep on the cookline or garde manger with one self-closing door and two epoxy-coated wire shelves alongside four drawers on telescoping slides with locks. The drawers accept 4- or 6-inch deep pans (not included), keeping proteins, garnishes, and sauces staged and secure. Full electronic control helps you dial in holding temps for consistent results.
A 1/2-inch thick stainless steel top teams with stainless door, front, and sides plus an aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning.
