Organize mise en place efficiently in six drawers riding on telescoping slides with a locking mechanism, each designed to accept 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (not included). Full electronic control makes setup straightforward and day-to-day adjustments quick for operators and line cooks.
This three-section unit combines a 1/2-inch thick stainless steel top with stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum interior, and durable Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor support dependable operation, and the unit carries UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified listings. M
