Prep and plate confidently on the stainless steel work surface with a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash that helps contain messes. The stainless door, front, and sides stand up to daily use, while the aluminum interior cleans quickly. A self-closing door with Santoprene gaskets (2-year warranty) supports tight seals during busy service.
Two epoxy-coated wire shelves and full electronic control make setup straightforward for line cooks, buyers, and facility managers. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system support dependable performance, and the unit is UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified.
